Our Policies

• All rates are subject to change.
• A nonrefundable deposit of $100.00 is required for each reservation and will be deducted from your total upon check-in.
• Rent payments not received on time will be assessed a $25.00 late fee.
• Late payments are subject to a $20.00 per day late fee.
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover are accepted.
• Maid service is provided weekly.
• Towel service is daily.
• Trash removal is daily.
• Guests are responsible for daily cleaning of dishware.
• During long-term stays, maid service is tailored to each guest's requirement. Extra charges may apply depending on the request.
